In response to recent cases of forged Letters of Acceptance (LoA) and fake OJS duplication falsely using the name of journals under PPJB-SIP, we, the editorial team of the Journal of Pragmatic and Discourse Research, hereby declare the following:
 
1. We firmly reject all forms of forgery, fraud, and journal duplication that harm both authors and journal management.
 
2. We are fully committed to upholding the integrity of scientific publication and will only publish articles through this journal’s official OJS system.
 
3. An official LoA will only be issued through our journal’s OJS website, not via third parties or personal contact numbers.
 
4. Any indication of forgery or fraud will be reported to the relevant authorities and followed up in accordance with applicable regulations.

1. Possess a doctoral degree in a discipline related closely to the journal

2. Hold a teaching or research position at a university or academic institution
3. Be fluent in academic and professional English
4. Have a strong interest in the scholarly journal
5. Work quickly and accurately under tight deadlines
6. Has Scopus ID (preferable) / Sinta ID / Orcid ID / GS ID
7. Publish at least three articles in a national or international journal in the past two years.
8. Reviewers are required to follow the on Publication Ethics (COPE)'s COPE Ethical Guidelines for Peer Reviewers.
