Fokus dan Ruang Lingkup Bhandar
Fokus:
BHANDAR berfokus pada pengumpulan, dokumentasi, dan penyebaran hasil layanan masyarakat, penelitian, serta praktik terbaik di bidang pemberdayaan masyarakat di seluruh Asia. Jurnal ini mengedepankan pertukaran pengetahuan yang relevan dan praktis terkait isu-isu sosial, budaya, ekonomi, dan lingkungan yang dihadapi oleh masyarakat di Asia.
Ruang Lingkup:
- Layanan Masyarakat dan Pemberdayaan: Artikel yang berfokus pada inisiatif pemberdayaan komunitas, termasuk program intervensi sosial, pendidikan, dan pembangunan masyarakat.
- Penelitian Terapan dan Studi Kasus: Penelitian empiris dan studi kasus yang memberikan wawasan tentang berbagai masalah sosial, ekonomi, budaya, dan lingkungan di Asia, serta cara-cara untuk mengatasinya.
- Tinjauan Pustaka dan Artikel Konseptual: Artikel yang menyajikan tinjauan pustaka kritis atau gagasan teoretis terkait praktik terbaik dan tantangan layanan masyarakat di wilayah Asia.
- Inovasi dan Model Berkelanjutan: Artikel yang mempresentasikan inovasi, pendekatan baru, atau model yang dapat diterapkan untuk memecahkan masalah sosial dan lingkungan di masyarakat.
- Kolaborasi dan Jaringan: Publikasi yang membahas upaya kolaboratif antara akademisi, praktisi, dan pemangku kepentingan dalam menciptakan dampak sosial yang berkelanjutan di wilayah Asia.
BHANDAR berkomitmen untuk menciptakan perubahan positif melalui publikasi artikel yang mendorong solidaritas, inovasi, dan keberlanjutan dalam pelayanan masyarakat, serta membangun jaringan profesional untuk memperkuat dampak kolektif di Asia.

Peer Review Process
Bhandar: Harvesting Community Service in Asia is committed to peer-review integrity and upholding the standards of review. Once your paper has been assessed for suitability by the editor, it will then be single-blind peer reviewed by independent, anonymous expert referees. Average number of weeks between article submission & publication is 12 weeks from submission to publication.

Step 1: Editorial assessment
Peer review follows a number of stages, beginning with submitting your article to a journal. At this first stage, the journal editor will decide if its suitable for the journal, asking questions such as: Has the author followed the journals guidelines this the right journal for this article? Will the journal readers find it interesting and useful? The editor might reject the article immediately, but otherwise it will move to the next stage, and into peer review.
Step 2: First round of peer review
The editor will find and contact potential referees or other researchers or academics who are experts in your field. They will be asked to read your article, and advise the editor whether to publish your paper in that journal
Step 3: Revise and resubmit
You can then amend your article based on the reviewers comments, resubmitting it with any or all changes made. You may be asked to make further revisions, or the paper may be rejected if the editor thinks that the revisions you have made are not adequate.

Bhandar: Harvesting Community Service in Asia is a peer reviewed international journal published biannual(Mai, and September)by PPJB-SIP (Perkumpulan Pengelola Jurnal Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia serta Pengajarannya).
Open Access Policy
This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge. However, works/articles in this Journals as are bound to Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License. This permits anyone to copy, redistribute, remix, transmit and adapt the work provided the original work and source is appropriately cited. This means:
- Under the CC-BY license, authors retain ownership of the copyright for their article, but authors grant others permission to use the content of publications in Teknomekanik in whole or in part provided that the original work is properly cited.
- Users (redistributors) of Teknomekanik are required to cite the original source, including the author's names, Teknomekanik as the initial source of publication, year of publication, volume number, issue, and Digital Object Identifier (DOI).

Archiving
This journal utilizes the LOCKSS system to create a distributed archiving system among participating libraries and permits those libraries to create permanent archives of the journal for purposes of preservation and restoration. More...
