Journal of Pragmatics and Discourse Research (2828-4755) is a peer-reviewed international interdisciplinary journal of language studies published in January and July by PPJB-SIP (Perkumpulan Pengelola Jurnal Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia serta Pengajarannya) and supported by Linguist List: the International Linguistics Community Online.  The Journal of Pragmatics and Discourse Research has been accredited SINTA 3 (2023) by the Ministry of Research, Technology, and Higher Education, Republic of Indonesia, starting from Volume 1 Number 1 (2021). The last accreditation is valid until 2025. In addition, the Journal of Pragmatics and Discourse Research (JPDR) has also been indexed in Dimensions, ICI Copernicus, and several other international indexers. This issue has been available online since July 10, 2023 for the July 2023 regular issue. All articles in this issue (10 original research articles) are co-authored by 28 authors from 3 countries (Indonesia, Malaysia, Scotland and China)
